Raymond found his niche in the Hamptons Real estate market early in life. Following his tenure at the State University of New York, College at Geneseo, he jumped right in, to immediate success. His first foray was the formation of a well known and fruitful team that consistently was awarded top producers. Now, 10 years of historical success under his belt his colleagues most appreciate his tenacity, integrity and professionalism.

Recognized for his dedication and commitment to his work and his community, REALTOR® Magazine named Raymond one of its prestigious "30 Under 30" winners. Additionally, he was the winner of 30 Under 30 Web Choice. A member of the National Association of Gay & Lesbian Real Estate Professionals, he advocates for equality and inclusion.

Taking over management of a well-known local business is never easy.
